Nicolle Clemetson (she/her)

Photographer, Creative Director

As the founder of Sludge Studio, Nicolle brings a unique sense of playfulness and an obsession for color to every project. With over 13 years of industry experience, she approaches every project with a positive attitude, great problem-solving skills, and the ability and confidence to produce high-quality imagery and motion content for her clients. 

Jon James Staton (he/him)

Executive Producer, Set Designer + Fabricator

With a strong background in both custom fabrication and project management, Jon’s unique skills are put to the test with every project. From client management to building custom set pieces for our photoshoots, he is here to support and collaborate on all things creative and not-so-creative.

Ruby

Golden Retriever, Hype Dog

Friend to all, enemy to none. Ruby is part three of our team here at Sludge Studio. She can be found greeting you upon your arrival to set, convincing you to play fetch across the studio floor, or happily receiving all the tummy rubs you can give.

In addition to photography and videography, we have well-rounded backgrounds in set styling, fabrication, art direction, and post-production which helps us to approach our projects with a unique perspective, while tailoring the shoot to your needs and audience.

In short, we are teammates, co-conspirators, and most importantly- collaborators.
